  • All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
  • The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.

  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • A remitter’s name MUST BE SAME as the registrant’s name.
  • Registration fees are contingent upon the date of payment receipt in our account, and they will be adjusted accordingly if payment is not received by the specified deadline.

Recommended Troubleshooting Steps During Registration

  • Use Google Chrome on a desktop PC- Mobile browsers, Safari, or certain foreign browsers may cause issues with JavaScript encryption modules.
  • Do not start a new registration if your previous attempt failed. Instead, retry the payment using the same email address:
    - If your email has already been registered, the system should allow you to resume payment directly. (See note below.)
    - If this doesn’t work, please send us a screenshot of the “Email already in use” error page so we can assist.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.

Note

If you have already started registration using your email address but did not complete the payment, you may not be able to re-register with the same email through the standard form.
Instead, please visit the Registration Confirmation and Receipt page to access your previous entry and complete your registration.
