33rd ISGC Workshop, Seoul-Where Tradition Meets the Future

Workshop Dinner

Day 2

Korean-Style Pork BBQ
Grilled Pork Belly & Shoulder Rack with Fresh Vegetable Wraps

On the second evening, participants will enjoy an authentic Korean BBQ experience at a local restaurant specializing in premium pork.

This dinner features a variety of cuts, including:

  • Samgyeopsal (삼겹살) - thick, juicy slices of pork belly
  • Shoulder Rack Cuts (목살 등) - tender and flavorful pork shoulder
  • Dwaeji Galbi (돼지갈비) - marinated pork ribs with rich Korean seasoning

The meats are grilled directly at the table, offering an interactive and social dining experience that is central to Korean food culture.

Each bite is best enjoyed wrapped in fresh leafy vegetables (쌈채소) with garlic, dipping sauces, and assorted condiments — a perfect balance of flavor and texture.

A full selection of traditional Korean side dishes (banchan) and beverages will be provided.
