대한뇌졸중학회 2005년 11월 월례집담회를 “Matrix metalloproteinases: From basic to therapeutic application in clinical stroke”를 주제로 다음과 같이 개최합니다. 특히 금번 집담회에는 뇌졸중 기초 연구분야의 세계적 석학이신 하버드의대 Eng Lo 교수를 초빙할 예정입니다.
현재 뇌졸중 치료의 hot topic인 MMP와 tPA의 연계성 및 급성기 뇌허혈에서의 치료적 적응에 대한 매우 흥미로운 주제의 특강이 있으며, MMP의 이해를 위해 Lo 교수와 함께 연구하신 건국의대 김한영 교수께서 comprehensive review를 할 예정입니다. 뇌졸중의 기초와 임상 분야를 접목하는 최신지견을 구할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것으로 생각됩니다. 많은 참여를 바랍니다.
